PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide efficient ferro coke production method and device capable of securing molding strength and product strength and achieving improvement of molding yield and smooth carbonization by suppressing generation of a rebound split piece in producing a ferro coke by heating and kneading a molding material including coal, iron source raw material, and binder in an agitator, molding into a molding by a double roll molding machine, and carbonizing the molding for producing the ferro coke.SOLUTION: A molding material is molded into a molding by a double roll molding machine 2. At this time, temperature of the molding material kneaded in an agitator is set to 160-240°C, air is blown to a surface of a molding roll 12 of the double roll molding machine 2 from a pipe nozzle 14, and surface temperature of the molding roll 12 is set to 80°C or lower for molding. |
