<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily remove a jammed paper sheet from a paper conveyance path of an intermediate device when jamming occurs in the intermediate device.SOLUTION: An image forming system comprises: a first image forming apparatus 20 provided on an upstream side in a conveying direction of a paper sheet; a second image forming apparatus 40 provided on a downstream side in the conveying direction of the paper sheet; and an intermediate device 30 provided between the first image forming apparatus 20 and the second image forming apparatus 40 and having a resist roller 317 on a paper conveyance path 31 on which the paper sheet is conveyed from the first image forming apparatus 20 to the second image forming apparatus 40. The intermediate device 30 comprises a path opening mechanism 32 to release the pressure contact of the resist roller 317 provided on the paper conveyance path 31.</p> |
