PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a control plan of a storage battery capable of reducing peak power.SOLUTION: A control system sets a maximum of a plurality of power demand predictions to the system for each of time zones at a peak power value of each of the time zones, and simulates a state transition when a plurality of apparatuses are controlled according to second commands made a plurality of times in a second control plan. In addition, the control system updates a first control plan with the second control plan when a state transition by the second control plan is nearer to a predetermined target than a state transition by the first control plan, on the basis of the simulation result. |
