PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery device with excellent workability.SOLUTION: A solar battery device 1 comprises: a solar battery module 2 having a solar battery panel 15; a cover member 25 covering an upper side of one end (an eaves side end 2c or a ridge side end 2d) of the solar battery module 2; a rail member 24 supporting a lower side of the end of the solar battery module 2; and a fastening member 26 having a bolt 26a for fixing the cover member 25 to the rail member 24 and a nut 26b in which a shaft part of the bolt 26a is inserted. The cover member 25 has: a bolt shaft insertion part 25c for inserting a shaft part 26a2 of the bolt 26a; and a rotation restraining part 25a that is communicated with the bolt shaft insertion part 25c, in which a head 26a1 of the bolt 26a or the nut 26b can be inserted, and that restrains rotation of the head 26a1 of the bolt 26a or the nut 26b. The rail member 24 has a bolt hole part 24e through which the shaft part 26a2 of the bolt 26a penetrates. |
