PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic solution for a lithium nonaqueous electrolytic secondary battery which has good characteristics as to durability, capacity, resistance, output characteristic and the like.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolytic solution for a nonaqueous electrolytic battery having positive and negative electrodes capable of occluding and releasing metal ions comprises: an electrolyte; a nonaqueous solvent; an isocyanuric acid derivative; and (1)at least one compound selected from a group consisting of a nitryl compound, an isocyanate compound, a difluorophosphate, a fluorosulfonate, a lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide and a compound expressed by the general formula (B) below, or (2) 0.01-50.0 wt.% of a cyclic carbonate compound having a fluorine atom to the total amount of the nonaqueous electrolytic solution. |
