摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module which achieves good electrical connection between a solar battery cell and electrodes, and which allows the degradation with time in the adhesion and bondability of a sealant and a conductive layer to be suppressed with reliability even under a wet atmosphere.SOLUTION: A solar battery module comprises: a solar battery cell 11 having a silicon substrate 17, and electrodes 20 and 21 formed on a surface 19 of the silicon substrate opposite to a light-receiving surface 18 thereof, and spaced apart from each other; a backside substrate 12 having a conductive layer 23 formed to face the rear surface 19 of silicon substrate 17 on the side opposite to the light-receiving surface 18, and spaced apart from the solar battery cell 11; an interlayer insulative material 13 located between the backside substrate 12 and the solar battery cell 11 for sealing them; and electrical connection members 14 extending through the interlayer insulative material 13, and connecting between the electrodes 20 and 21 and the conductive layer 23. The interlayer insulative material 13 is composed of a resin having a carboxyl group. The conductive layer 23 of the backside substrate 12 includes a conductive metal film 26, and a copper layer 27 having a thickness of 0.01-1 μm, and formed on a surface of the conductive metal film 26.
