PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulated granule which has excellent dissolving properties against sedimentation properties of water and dispersibility to be dissolved rapidly even if processed foods, such as mixed seasonings or powdered foods, and variously contains each component, such as a carbohydrate, protein, dietary fiber, fats and oils, and mineral, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A granulated granule is obtained by combination of vacuum evaporation powders containing fats and oils and an emulsifying agent at a ratio of 20-100 mass%, followed by fluidized bed granulation. The vacuum evaporation powders are preferred to contain 5-25 mass% of fats and oils. And 70% or more of all of the vacuum evaporation powders are preferred to pass through a mesh of 12 (opening size of 1.42 mm), and does not pass through a mesh 80 (opening size of 182 μm). |
