<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-up display device capable of preventing a situation where it becomes difficult for a user to visually recognize specific information, even when background color changes and a specific light source fails to emit desired light.SOLUTION: An HUD device 100 of the present invention includes: a laser light scanning unit 11 which projects specific information 300 on a windshield 2 while superimposing it on a background 400; three laser light sources 13a-13c which emit light of different colors; a camera 17 which detects the color of the background 400; and a main CPU 18 which provides control, when a specific laser light source out of the three laser light sources 13a-13c fails to emit desired light, to display the specific information 300 in a display color on the basis of the color of the background 400 using the laser light sources other than the specific laser light source.</p> |
