<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part structure of a car body capable of reducing collision load inputted in a junction box at the time of rear end collision of a vehicle, relating to the car body structure in which the junction box is arranged at the rear part of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A rear part structure of a car body includes a floor panel 3, a cross member 45 extending between a pair of left and right rear wheel houses 13, 13, a junction box 25 arranged on an upper side of the floor panel 3, being on upper side of the cross member 45, and a rear side member 47 which extends in to-and-fro direction of a vehicle, at least at the rear part of the cross member 45. When a rear end collision occurs with the vehicle, the floor panel 3 and the rear side member 47 are folding-deformed by rotating upward with a rear side portion of the cross member 45 as a center. Thus, a collision load inputted in the junction box 25 arranged on an upper side of the cross member 45 is reduced.</p> |
