摘要 <p>The invention concerns a method (100) for characterising a bone tissue with an imaging apparatus comprising a ray emitter and implementing a ray sensor. The method comprises the following steps: - acquiring (102) a greyscale image of said bone tissue at a so-called measurement value (MAS1) of an emission parameter relative to the emitted rays, and - measuring (104), by analysing said image, a so-called measured value (SD1) of a standard deviation of the grey levels, a so-called measured value (GLA1) of an average grey level, and a so-called measured value of a characterisation parameter (H1) of said bone tissue. The method then comprises processing the measured values in order to carry out a first so-called target calibration, relative to the average grey level, and a second so-called fixed calibration, relative to the emission parameter. Finally, the measured value of the characterisation parameter is corrected on the basis of a combination of said calibrations. The invention also concerns a system implementing such a method.
