The tool has a crushing chisel (5) equipped with a rotatably driven roller (1, 2). Projecting holders (6) are releasably attached with a lateral surface of the roller. The chisel and a crushing head comprise a hard metal insert. A shaft is fixed with the crushing chisel by a stem screwed nut and provided with a through-hole. A taper is arranged on a supporting ring (20). The nut is screwed on a threaded part of the shaft opposite to an end of a socket. The supporting ring is supported on the socket.
