<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing an ABZO transparent conductive film capable of replacing ITO in order to more conveniently provide an ABZO transparent conductive film at low cost. According to the present invention, provided is a method for preparing a transparent conductive film made from ABZO by forming an AZO layer after the thermal diffusion or vapor diffusion of boron on a glass substrate for an LCD, and allowing boron to be diffused in the AZO layer by annealing the same, thereby providing a preparation method capable of mass producing a transparent conductive film having electrical conductivity and transparency equal to those of ITO.</p> |
