<p>A high-efficiency, energy-gathering, energy-saving, and fire-resistant cement charcoal brazier is formed of an inner-layer metal brazier wall (2), an outer-layer metal brazier wall (3), a fire-resistant cement layer (1), and an ash pan (5). The fire-resistant cement layer (1) is sandwiched between the inner-layer metal brazier wall (2) and the outer-layer metal brazier wall (3) and is exposed at the middle part of the inner-layer metal brazier wall (2); an air vent (6) is provided on the sidewall of the ash pan (5), and a metal grate (4) is placed at the junction of the top of the ash pan (5) and the bottom of the inner-layer metal brazier wall (2). The fire-resistant cement charcoal brazier features energy gathering, energy saving, and catalysis functions, high- efficiency roasting, flavourful roasted food output, ease of cleaning, and a tidy appearance.
