PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for calculating an air conditioning set temperature that can be provided as a comfortable temperature according to a correlation between a previous comfortable air conditioning set temperature and an outdoor temperature.SOLUTION: An air conditioning set temperature calculation device comprises: a storage unit that stores therein measurement record information that is actual recorded information in which a date, an indicator for human hot sense/cold sense at an indoor temperature in a predetermined section within a building, an outdoor temperature, and an air conditioning set temperature set in the section are associated with one another; an acquisition unit that acquires a current date and an outdoor temperature predicted value after predetermined time; an extraction unit that extracts measurement record information having the indicator equal to or lower than a first threshold in a timezone including the current date from the measurement record information; and a calculation unit that calculates a regression line indicating a correlation between the air conditioning set temperature and the outdoor temperature from the extracted measurement record information, and that calculates an air conditioning set temperature after the predetermined time using the outdoor temperature predicted value and the calculated regression line. By so configuring, the air conditioning set temperature calculation device can solve the conventional problems. |
