PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire information of a three-dimensional image without adhering an image-side focal plane of an optical element with an imaging surface and without deteriorating optical images generated by optical elements.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional image acquisition apparatus 1 comprises an optical element array 12, an imaging device 13 and a shift optical system 17. Regarding the shift optical system 17, an incidence range of light to an incidence end face 41 of a refractive index distribution lens 40 is set equal to or larger than an emission range of light from an emission end face 32 of a refractive index distribution lens 30 of the optical element array 12. A lens length Zof the refractive index distribution lens 40 is set in such a manner that an object-side main plane and an image-side main plane are positioned outside of the lens and an optical image which is erected and unmagnified relative to a subject disposed on the object-side main plane, is formed on the image-side main plane. An image-side focal plane of the refractive index distribution lens 30 and the object-side main plane of the refractive index distribution lens 40 are matched on a surface 1, and the image-side main plane of the refractive index distribution lens 40 and an imaging surface of the imaging device 13 are matched on a surface 2. |
