PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate which can be easily manufactured and, moreover, can visualize a body to be displayed with high contrast and high visualization.SOLUTION: A front light unit 31 has a lighting device 33 with which a body 32 to be displayed such as photograph is irradiated and a protection sheet 34 which protects a surface of the lighting device 33. The lighting device 33 has a light guide plate 35 and an LED light source 36. An inner part of the light guide plate 35 is irradiated with light of the LED light source 36 from an edge surface part 37 of the light guide plate 35. The LED plate 35 has a print substrate 39 made of transparent acrylic plate. A fine dot pattern 38b is formed on a principal surface of the side opposite to the body 32 to be displayed of the print substrate 39 by the printing using ink containing light scattering agent such as silicon oxide or the like and, on the principal surface of the side of the body 32 to be displayed, a fine dot pattern 64a is formed by mechanical working or transparent ink printing. A dot pattern 38b is printed by using letterpress material. |
