PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which can impart a moist feeling and smoothness to the skin or hair without feeling stickiness and can be used without ruining makeup or a hair style.SOLUTION: There is provided a cosmetic which comprises: (A) a polyacrylate having a molecular weight of 5000 to 30000; (B) a lysophospholipid; and (C) a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 11 or more and 18 or less. |
