摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope for treatment for making it possible to make a plurality of treatment instruments preferably operate as intended by a user.SOLUTION: A medical manipulator 151 comprises: cylindrically formed arms 152, 153 having the tip side formed of hard material and a curved unit capable of being curved; an insertion unit 2 to which base ends of the arms 152, 153 are connected; an imaging device 5 provided at the tip end of the insertion unit 2; an operation unit 170 for operating the curved unit; and a transmission member for connecting the curved unit and the operation unit 170. The curved unit comprises: first curved units 154, 155 capable of being curved in a predetermined direction by operating the operation unit 170; and second curved units 156, 157 which are provided closer to the base end side than the first curved units 154, 155, and are capable of being fixed in a state curved so that the arms 152, 153 are separated from each other. The transmission member includes a first region with flexibility and a hard second region connected to the base end side of the first region.
