PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet with excellent design and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A method of producing a decorative sheet comprises: a base step of forming a colored and transparent base film 12 on an irregular surface of a wooden base material 11; a print step of inkjet-printing a print pattern 13 on the base film 12; and a finish coating step of applying a transparent finish coating 14 covering the print pattern 13.
