<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel unit, a liquid jet head and liquid jet apparatus capable of equalizing a discharge performance.SOLUTION: A channel unit includes a piezo electric element transforming according to a driving signal, and a channel member in which a pressure chamber adding pressure to a liquid according to transformation of the piezo electric element is formed. The structure of the piezo electric element corresponding to at least one of a second pressure chamber, in which a size of the pressure chamber is larger than a first pressure chamber, and a third pressure chamber, in which thickness of a wall between the pressure chamber and the piezo electric element is thin, is different from a structure of the piezo electric member corresponding to the first pressure chamber.</p> |
