The invention relates to a method for roasting biomass in a furnace. The main feature of a method of roasting according to the invention is that it comprises the following steps: -a drying step to remove the moisture from said biomass, -a step of heating the anhydrous biomass carried out at a temperature higher than that of the drying step in order to roast said biomass, -a step of weighing the biomass during the two previous steps by means of a weighing machine (1) placed in the furnace, -a control step consisting of reducing the temperature of the furnace when the mass of the biomass reaches a predefined value. |
