Provided are a terminal apparatus, a method, and an integrated circuit, whereby a base station apparatus (1) and a terminal apparatus (2) can efficiently perform transmission power control in a communication system wherein the base station apparatus (1) and the terminal apparatus (2) communicate with each other. The terminal apparatus communicating with the base station apparatus is provided with: a reception unit that receives information relating to first setting and/or information relating to second setting; and a transmission unit, which transmits an uplink signal on the basis of first uplink power control in the cases where the information relating to the first setting or the information relating to the second setting is set, and which transmits the uplink signal on the basis of second uplink power control in the cases where both the information relating to the first setting and the information relating to the second setting are set. |
