Disclosed is a weight body of an exercise equipment, comprising: a supporting frame (10); a first rotating disk (20) which is horizontally installed in the supporting frame (10); a first band-type connection part (30), one end of which is fixed to the first rotating disk (20); a second rotating disk (40) to which the other end of the first band-type connection part (30) is fixed; a rotary motion part (50) connected to the second rotating disk (40) by means of a connection frame (51); a weight controller (60) connected to the rotary motion part (50); and a load (70) which is selectively connected to the weight controller (60) and is lifted along the rotating direction of the rotary motion part (50). The present invention enables a load of the weight body to be selectively lifted, thereby facilitating selection of weight. Further, a load can be easily selected simply by turning an adjustment knob. In addition, instead of lifting the weight body by means of a wire, the weight body is lifted in a manner of hinge rotation in which only one side of the weight body is lifted while the other side is fixed. Accordingly, the volume of the exercise equipment can be minimized and the exercise equipment can be installed with significantly improved space occupancy. |
