<p>Methods and compositions for cancer treatment. In one aspect, a method of treating cancer in a subject in need of such treatment is provided. The method includes administering to the subject luteolin, ellagic acid and punicic acid, in an effective amount to treat the cancer. In another aspect, a method of inhibiting cancer cell migration is provided. The method includes exposing a cancer cell to a) luteolin, ellagic acid, or punicic acid, or a combination of these substances; and b) an EZH2 inhibitor or an miR-200c mimic, or a combination of these substances. Compositions including luteolin, ellagic acid, or punicic acid, or a combination of these substance, are also provided.</p> |
