[Problem] To suppress interference between related cells while improving throughput in a wireless communication system employing TDD. [Solution] There is provided a communication control device provided with: a wireless communication unit for communicating with one or more terminal devices in a cell over a channel capable of dynamically configuring a link direction for each subframe, which is a unit of time in wireless communications; and a control unit for controlling the allocation of communication resources to the terminal device on the basis of the configuration of the channel link direction and the location of the terminal device in the cell.
