摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interbody fusion surgical operation system including an interbody fusion device in which simplification and downsizing of an entire structure is achieved and that has excellent operability, reliability, and economical efficiency and significantly reduces a burden and surgical stress of a patient by performing interbody fusion treatment easily in a short time.SOLUTION: An interbody fusion surgical operation system comprises an interbody space holding device for holding an intervertebral disk space M by correcting an interval between two adjacent vertebral bodies (vertebra) L1, L2 when performing an interbody fusion surgical operation of an organism using an interbody fusion device 10, including a vertebral body clamp mechanism having: a hollow long first shaft part 71 that has a grip part at a rear end and is inserted to a vicinity of a front face of the vertebral body through a cannula K inside an abdominal part for an endoscope, provided to an organism abdominal side; and a pair of clamp arms 74 that is provided to a front end of the first shaft part to extend in an axial direction and has a fixing claw connected to a tip for holding left and right side faces of adjacent vertebral bodies to fix, capable of opening and closing in an orthogonal plane of the vertebral body.
