PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component loading device capable of pressing a flat cable and avoiding the damage of the flat cable.SOLUTION: The electronic component loading device includes: a cable presser 7 disposed above a flat cable 8 which includes a plurality of juxtaposed cables flexibly formed in the longer direction of the cables, and moving together with a beam to suppress the upward deformation of the flat cable; and a roller 52 having a shaft 55 disposed in the orthogonal direction to the moving direction of the beam and disposed at a contact part 50 of the cable presser to the flat cable. When the roller 52 contacts to the flat cable 8, the roller 52 rotates to avoid the damage of the flat cable.
