<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray nozzle capable of atomizing an injection liquid in steps, stably injecting uniformly sized fine droplets of the injection liquid, and increasing the amount of injection so that it can be applied to mass production processes, and also to provide a coating system using the spray nozzle.SOLUTION: A spray nozzle according to the present invention and a coating system using the spray nozzle comprise: a liquid nozzle for injecting a liquid toward a substrate; gas nozzles for injecting a gas such that the gas collides with the liquid on an injection path of the liquid to perform a primary atomization of the liquid; and a voltage supply unit in connection to the liquid nozzle for application of voltage to the liquid nozzle, thus generating an electric field between the liquid nozzle and the substrate to perform a secondary atomization of the liquid.</p> |
