PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-glare laminate which offers an anti-glare property as well as a superior anti-glittering property and black reproducibility (gradation expression of the black color at low luminance).SOLUTION: An anti-glare optical laminate includes a light transmissive base material 2 and an anti-glare layer 4 formed on the light transmissive base material. The anti-glare layer 4 has a concavo-convex pattern on an outermost surface thereof. Letting &thetas;a represent an average tilt angle of the concave and convex portions, Rz represent an average roughness of the concavo-convex pattern, and Sm represent an average interval between adjacent concave and convex portions, and defining a ratio ψ of Rz and Sm as ψ≡Rz/Sm, and when &thetas;a and Rz are measured with a reference length of 0.25 mm and Sm is measured with a reference length of 0.80 mm, the optical laminate simultaneously satisfies expressions (I) and (II): 1.2 degrees≤&thetas;a≤2.5 degrees...(I), 0.016≤ψ≤0.121...(II). The optical laminate has an internal haze value of 0% to 50%, inclusive, and a surface haze value of 0.5% to 4.5%, inclusive. |
