<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior panel for vehicles which achieves weight saving as an interior product and has an excellent appearance.SOLUTION: An integrally molded interior panel 100 for vehicles has a laminate structure consisting of a front surface layer 120 and a back surface layer 120B having a plurality of tapered concave parts 200 whose bottom parts are welded individually with an inner surface 150 of a front surface layer 120A. The front surface layer and the back surface layer each have a thickness of 1.5 mm or smaller and are composed of a thermoplastic resin sheet containing an inorganic filler selected from silica, mica, talc, calcium carbonate, glass fiber and carbon fiber. The concave parts each consist of a rib which extends from an inner surface 180 of the back surface layer to an inner surface 170 of the front surface layer, and there is formed a space part 280 closed by an outer peripheral wall formed by welding the outer peripheral surfaces of the front surface layer and the back surface layer together. The welded parts between the concave parts and the inner surface of the front surface layer and the welded parts of the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral wall are formed at the same time.</p> |
