<p>Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of communication, and disclose a multiple system resource management method and device that can enhance the resource utilization rate of a multiple system network. The method comprises: obtaining from all users to be scheduled the transmission systems that each user supports, the supported transmission system comprising at least one network system; performing multiple system integrated ordering on all users to be scheduled and generating a scheduling queue; selecting from the supported transmission systems a first network system for the first user in the scheduling queue, and allocating network resources under the first network system for the first user; determining whether network resources remain after the allocation; if network resources remain after the allocation, selecting a second network system for the user after the first user in the scheduling queue, and allocating network resources under the second network system till all the users in the scheduling queue have been scheduled or the network resources have been exhausted. The present invention can be applied to the selection of multiple systems.</p> |
