Disclosed are a method, a device and a system for power control, being used for solving the problem that it can not be distinguished whether an existing power control command is used to adjust the transmission power of an user equipment in D2D communication or to adjust the transmission power of the user equipment in N2D communication. The method of an embodiment of the present invention includes that: a network side device generates a DCI which carries the user equipment transmission power control information required by at least one D2D user equipment supporting D2D communication for transmission power control on a D2D link and/or an N2D link; and sends the generated DCI to the D2D user equipment, and indicates, through the DCI, to the D2D user equipment the links on which the transmission power control is performed, wherein the links include a D2D link and/or an N2D link, thereby solving the problem mentioned above.
