PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch container with a spout in which a seal performance at a boundary part between a side edge seal part and a top surface seal part of a shank is increased thereby suppressing leakage of a content when a pouch is dropped and so on.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a pouch container with a spout comprises: a step 13 of forming a crease line on a packaging material M; a step 14 of forming an open hole in the packaging material; a step 15 of folding the packaging material; a step 16 of supplying a spout and mounting the spout to the packaging material; a first sealing step 17 of forming a side edge seal part and a bottom seal part of a shank seat part and forming a top surface seal part; a second sealing step 19 of forming a point seal part in order to join a seal defective part formed at a seal boundary part between the side edge seal part and the top surface seal part; a third sealing step 19 of projected-folding an end of a top surface seat part at the seal boundary part as a folding position and heat-sealing side edge upper ends of the shank seat part to each other via a pair of joint holes; and a step 20 of cutting the side edge seal part at a position on which the joint hole is substantially divided into two halves and separating the side edge seal part to the pouch container.
