PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allocate a helper obtained by taking a traffic condition of the helper to be dispatched into consideration in schedule preparation of a home-visit care service.SOLUTION: A schedule preparation program makes a computer execute processing which acquires the address of a user of a helper dispatch service, and addresses and traveling means of a plurality of helpers, and specifies a helper who can call on the address of the user and has a low traffic expense up to the arrival at the address of the user. |
