PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of a result of analysis and to make a capacity restriction of an image to be analyzed lower than threshold.SOLUTION: Processing for creating vector data from raster data with respect to each of a plurality of images whose subject areas have continuity and to which location information is granted generates a continuous image by locating the respective images in a memory according to the position information, creates second vector data in a second area corresponding to the first vector data in the case that an area to be processed is located in the first area of the first image in the respective images and the first vector data in the first area is at a boundary part when the area to be processed is moved to the second area overlapping the first area, and creates third of fourth vector data on the basis of the number of processing when the respective vector data are created in the case that the third vector data in the first area and the fourth vector data in the second area are at the identical coordinate position. |
