PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce troublesomeness of work caused by changing merchandise arrangement, even when the merchandise arrangement is changed.SOLUTION: An electronic shelf label is provided on a merchandise display shelf having a horizontal display shelf for displaying merchandise. The electronic shelf label is provided in such a manner that a longitudinal direction of a display screen is set along a horizontal direction of the display shelf. The electronic shelf label includes a display part that displays a plurality of pieces of merchandise information on the pieces of merchandise different in type from one another on the one display screen in such a manner that they are arranged in the horizontal direction.
