PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an editing result of data from being one that an editor does not intend as another editor edits the data while the editor edits the data.SOLUTION: An editing acceptance part 16 accepts editing of data associated with one node of a data group associated with a tree structure from one editor. An editing inhibition part 17 inhibits another editor from editing data associated with the node and nodes below the node until the editing of the data associated with the node that the editing acceptance part 16 accepts is completed.
