<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control technique for naturally suppressing the power consumption of equipment.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: a power-consumption-actual-value-by-controlled-system-unit arithmetic part which finds actual values of power consumption by controlled systems as parameters which may be endings affecting whether the power consumption of equipment is large or small; a statistic processing part which performs statistic processing on the actual values of power consumption by the controlled systems in a first period; a suppression controlled system determination part which determines whether each controlled system is a suppression controlled system according to a value, based upon statistics of the actual values of power consumption by the controlled systems in the first period, as a target value; and a suppression control processing part which performs suppression control over the power consumption of the equipment for each controlled system determined as the suppression controlled system by the suppression control system determination part.</p> |
