PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve spray performance by blowing air efficiently so as to support spray in two directions by one air blower.SOLUTION: The present multi-head hole spray device comprises a pair of electrostatic spray parts 5, 5 spraying in left and right directions of a device body respectively. The multi-head hole spray device further comprises a pair of air outlets 15b, 15b disposed so as to face a rotation direction of a centrifugal fan rotor 16 on both front and rear sides sandwiching an axis 11 extending in a vertical direction of the centrifugal fan rotor 16. The pair of electrostatic spray parts 5, 5 are disposed so as to spray in approximately parallel to an air blowing direction of the pair of air outlets 15b, 15b respectively.
