The present invention relates to a system for controlling, measuring and monitoring the secondary electric power distribution grid with remote fraud and power theft detection, readings, power cuts-off, reconnection and client load control, besides continuous monitoring of the electric grid parameters, providing diagnostics on the status of the grid and public lighting from an assigned Command Central, located at the secondary bulbar of the distribution transformer, and Measuring Modules at clients installations.

A system for controlling, measuring and monitoring the secondary electric power distribution grid composed by a Command Central (2) with functions of supervision, measurement and control, located at the secondary busbar (17) of the distribution transformer (1), that establishes communication with Metering Modules (11) and other devices of the system:
Metering Module (11) installed at the energy entry point at each client installation (14), that measures the load (13) electric parameters and establishes communication with the Command Central (2), Display Module (12) and Operative Interface Module (15), comprising the use of a synchronization process to make simultaneous measuring at the Command Central (2) and at the Metering Modules (11) of electrical parameters of current, voltage and angle, as well as their dependents like power and energy, wherein the measurements at the Metering Modules (11) can be summed up as phasors, together with current or power phasors values considered for the public lighting loads and electrical losses at the circuit, and compared to the measurements made at the Command Central (2), resulting, by phasorial difference, on the detection of frauds and energy theft and public lighting monitoring at the secondary grid of networks from energy distribution companies.
