The embodiments of the present invention provide a broadcast information sending and receiving method, device and system. The sending method comprises: a network device sending PBCH information to a user equipment (UE) on a physical broadcast channel (PBCH); and the network device sending the PBCH information on a specific radio frame in each period T of the PBCH, wherein the PBCH information only contains information about a system frame number (SFN), and the period T is longer than one radio frame. The present invention relates to the field of communications, which can reduce the system overhead and improve the coverage performance.
