SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING THE ROTATION OF AIRCRAFT WHEELS BEFORE LANDING HAVING VARIABLE GEOMETRY

A system for controlling the rotation of aircraft wheels before landing having variable geometry. This system consists of using the relative wind to rotate the wheels using a plurality of mobile aerodynamic fins (N°l) that can be retracted into the free space located in the hollow of the wheel rim. They make translational movements between the hollow of the rim and the outside of the wheel (figure 1), guided by a bar mechanism (N°2 and N°3).
