A method for processing operation requests comprises: a terminal sends user's operation request information (201) to a smart card after detecting user's operation requests; the smart card stores the operation request information (202) and generates united passwords (203) after receiving the operation request information outputted from the terminal, and generates signature messages according to the operation request information and the united passwords (204) after acquiring the united passwords, and then sends the signature messages to the terminal (205); after the terminal acquires the signature messages, the smart card outputs prompt messages of the united passwords (206) if detecting disconnection with the terminal; the terminal takes the acquired united passwords as to-be-verified passwords after receiving the united passwords corresponding to the prompt messages, notifies a verification device to verify the signature messages according to the to-be-verified passwords and the operation request information (207); the verification device triggers procedures responding to the operation requests (208) after verifying the signature messages successfully. The method can finish the interaction of data needed in a transaction through the one-time access between the smart card and the terminal, and can improve the safety. A system for processing operation requests is also disclosed. |
