PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device having a radio control function and a structure for improving the reception performance of a radio control signal, and to provide a lighting system which uses a mobile terminal and a remote control device, in which a radio control software is installed, thereby enabling efficient control of the lighting device.SOLUTION: A lighting device includes: a heat radiation frame 410; at least one light emitting element 430 disposed on the heat radiation frame; a diffusion frame 440 which is formed on the heat radiation frame, protects the light emitting element, and diffuses light occurring through the light emitting element; and a support frame 450 formed below the heat radiation frame and in which a storage space for storing at least one module 460 is formed. The module includes a radio communication module for transmitting and receiving a control signal of the light emitting element. |
