PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge head which enables a piezoelectric element to be securely joined to another member, and to provide a liquid discharge device and a manufacturing method of the liquid discharge head.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge head changes a pressure of a liquid passage 4 in a pressure chamber 11 thereby jetting a liquid from a nozzle hole. The liquid discharge head includes: a ceramic passage member in which the pressure chamber 11 is formed; and a piezoelectric element 5 including at least a first piezoelectric layer made of a ceramic. The first piezoelectric layer of the piezoelectric element 5 is joined to the passage member and the first piezoelectric layer faces the pressure chamber 11.
