PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve coking durability and spray penetration force in a fuel injection nozzle for injecting a fuel to an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A nozzle 1 has an enlargement structure. The enlargement structure is a structure of an injection hole 11 defined by the shape and arrangement of two hole wall lines A, B on a specific cross-section including a shaft of the injection hole 11 and being in parallel with an axial direction of a nozzle body 3, in the cross-section of the nozzle body 3. The enlargement structure is constituted so that the hole wall line A farther from a seat position 10 is a straight line not in parallel with the axial direction of the nozzle body 3, and the closer a distance between the hole wall lines A, B is to an outer wall, the larger the enlargement structure is. Thus both of coking durability and spray penetration force of the nozzle 1 can be improved. |
