<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to an appropriate control by measuring a rope load of a hydraulic winch with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A rope load measuring device 20 for measuring a tensile load of a traction rope by a hydraulic winch 30 including a drum 36 about which the traction rope is wound, a hydraulic motor 10 driving the drum 36, and a controller 40 controlling the hydraulic motor 10, comprises: input pressure sensors P1, P2, and P3 detecting input pressures of a working fluid supplied to input sides of working chambers 5d, 5e, and 5f of the hydraulic motor 10, respectively; discharge pressure sensors P4, P5, and P6 detecting discharge pressures of the working fluid on discharge sides of the working chambers 5d, 5e, and 5f, respectively; and rope load calculation means 22 for calculating the tensile load of the traction rope by multiplying pressure differences between the input pressures and the discharge pressures by a conversion factor set by performing experimentation in advance.</p> |
