<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire vulcanization method which can prevent effectively air reservoir between an unvulcanized tire and a bladder even when a liquid release agent is applied.SOLUTION: A release agent A mixed with a fiber is applied to the inside surface of an unvulcanized tire T, and then the unvulcanized tire T is vulcanized. The method enables formation of a clearance between the unvulcanized tire T and a bladder which allows air to flow through even when a liquid release agent is applied, leading to effective prevention of air reservoir between the unvulcanized tire T and the bladder and substantial reduction of occurrence of poor vulcanization due to the air reservoir.</p> |
