PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict and provide effective information for prioritization of risks to take measures, and decision-making support for selection of proposed measures.SOLUTION: On the basis of information on profiles of past projects, occurrence problems, correlations between problem occurrence processes and the occurence problems, influences of the occurrence problems, and effects of measures for the occurrence problems, a project risk prediction device calculates occurrence probabilities in all processes for each type of the respective problems for each project profile. When the process progresses, the project risk prediction device updates the problem occurrence probabilities to problem occurrence probabilities in subsequent processes, and when a problem occurs, corrects the problem occurrence probabilities for a type of a problem having no problem occurence according to occurence correlation information between types of problems. |
