PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bispecific ligand comprising a first immunoglobulin variable domain having a first binding specificity and a complementary or non-complementary immunoglobulin variable domain having a second binding specificity.SOLUTION: A ligand comprising one or more single variable domains comprises an antibody light chain single variable domain specifically binding to serum albumin, where the antibody light chain single variable domain comprises an amino acid sequence of dAb7h11 or an amino acid sequence at least 80% identical to it. The single variable domain specifically binding to serum albumin binds to human serum albumin and rat serum albumin, and Tβhalf-life of the ligand is in the almost same degree as Tβhalf-life of rat serum albumin in a rat host.
